  • Personalized weekly or monthly programming based on experience, fitness level, and access to equipment

  • 1 session in-person, or more, per week (online excluded)

  • Weekly program check-ins

  • Daily communication for questions and modifications

in-person 1-on-1 training

  • $50/ per session or 1 session a week
    Discounted to $80/ per week for 2 sessions or $125/ per week for 3 sessions

  • $200/ per month for 5 sessions

  • $700/ per 3 months or 15 sessions

  • $1250/ per 6 months or 30 sessions
